A short roundtrail on the outskirts of Maloja. With an altitude difference of about 100 metres it is a good preparation for longer tours. You can also enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and the village.

If you're looking for a short hike with a bit of a challenge, the Maloja-Palza circular route is just the right thing. It starts from the Giacometti Sport car park and climbs briefly from the Chiesa Bianca towards the Aela slope, before descending back down to the lake. Once again you pass the Chiesa Bianca and return to the car park. A real test course!
Author’s recommendation
The Chiesa Bianca was part of the Belgian Count Renesse's concept for Maloja. Other buildings which were part of this concept are for example the Palace Hotel and the Belvedere Tower.
