As it always is a little warmer in the Albula valley than in the higher altitudes, this tour is ideal if there is still some snow left above Lenzerheide to prevent bike tours. For all bikers who enjoy narrow forest paths and are somewhat trained, this tour is exactly the right thing. Start at the tourist office in Lenzerheide and head towards the golf course and on to Lantsch/Lenz. Over a wonderful trail you reach Tschivadains after Alvaschein in the valley of the Albula and further upstream by the contemplative villages Surava and Alvaneu Bad to Filisur. The ascent to Schönboden is well worth it - you will be rewarded by a beautiful trail into the riverbed of the Landwasser Gorge. On the way back via Brienz and Lantsch/Lenz, gradients and flat passages alternate with varying degrees of difficulty.
