Short circular route starting in Castasegna
Panoramic route with a considerable difference in altitude leading from Castasegna to Tombal's car park. From the car park you can reach the Tombal alpine pasture in about 20 minutes on foot.

From the Castasegna border, drive to Brentan and from there continue in the direction of Soglio. After about 2.3 km you go through a short tunnel under a waterfall, about a hundred metres later you take the cantonal road to Soglio. At the entrance to the village, turn left and continue along the middle road at about the parking meter. After a bend you are at the upper edge of the village. After the fountain, take the uphill road again with numerous hairpin bends and after about 1 km, at the halfway point, the road ends and you return to the cantonal road after the tunnel, but this time continue downhill to Spino and then Promontogno. Near the Hotel Bregaglia, you will see the signs indicating the cycle path and continue on the south side of the valley to Castasegna.
