Enjoy our fine Maluns, Pizokel baked with alpine cheese or the traditional Capuns. We buy our meat and cheese from the organic farms from the valley Avers. Dairy products and vegetables are also supplied by producers from the Viamala region.
Homemade cakes, a wide selection of wines (wine by the glass), local beers and seasonal syrups complete our offer.
