Location: The house is located in Sporz, about 2km from the center of Lenzerheide. Quiet and sunny neighborhood with a wonderful view. The ski piste to access the nearest ski lift and a gourmet restaurant can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes.
Infrastructure: Washing machine, dryer, large lawn for playing
Access: In the case of extremely heavy snowfall the use of snow chains may be necessary.
Miscellaneous: Rental of children's strollers, high chairs, backpack carriers and baby beds.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

Check in: from 4:00 p.m. / Check out: by 9:30 a.m. Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).Coordinates
