- Location: In a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Lenzerheide. Near the chair lift, sports bus stop and hotel/restaurant. 1km to the village center. The vacation house can easily be accessed on skis.
- Infrastructure: Washing machine and drying room
- Access: In the case of extremely heavy snowfall the use of snow chains may be necessary.
- Miscellaneous: Rental of children's strollers, high chairs, backpack carriers and baby beds.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

Check in: from 4:00 p.m. / Check out: by 9:30 a.m. Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).Coordinates
