Regional dishes and specialties of the house, can be enjoyed in the "Bündnerstube" or in the modern and bright dining room with spectacular views of the Muretto Pass. The "Taverna" with vaulted ceiling and floor made of Fexer plates or the "Stuva Colani" on the second floor, in its original state of 1646, are ideal options for a tasting of regional wines and typical products (on request for groups) or for a romantic candlelight dinner.
Italian cuisine is offered with traditional and innovative dishes. Vegetarian dishes, large and small portions for those who don't want to miss a course, from starters to desserts and the cheese selection.
