The picturesque garden at the back of the complex deserves special mention. In its oldest known form, it was built in the 18th century in geometric shapes. A century later, it was complemented by native and exotic groups of trees, including a sequoia. When the weather is fine, meals are also served outside in the garden or on the terrace in front of the palazzo.
